Our Commitment to Data Sovereignty and Governance

iVision Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a New York-headquartered leadership search and HR advisory firm specializing in healthcare operations and U.S. market expansion. We recognize that in high-growth companies, a bad leadership hire is a disruption to momentum and EBITDA, and similarly, a failure in data governance is a disruption to trust and enterprise value. This Privacy Policy informs you of our practices for gathering, storing, and using the personal information of individuals who use our website, interact with our recruitment processes, or utilize our expansion advisory services. By engaging with iVision Group, you acknowledge the terms of this policy, which is designed to meet the rigorous standards of the New York SHIELD Act and the 2026 "Compliance 2.0" mandates.

Information Collection: Sourcing the "Passive A-Player"

We collect information that identifies or relates to you ("Personal Information") through several calibrated touchpoints. We do not rely on active job boards; instead, our "Investor’s Lens" approach requires the collection of data from diverse sources:

  • Executive Search and Vetting: For candidates, we collect resumes, professional licensure, foreign language skills, and transcripts. Central to our methodology are "Individual Style Profiles" and leadership assessments conducted during our vetting process to determine "Precision Execution" fit.

  • Healthcare Depth and Specialty Data: In our healthcare vertical, we may process professional credentials related to Clinical Implementation, Population Health Strategy, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

  • Expansion Advisory and Client Data: For facility representatives and international founders, we collect job functions, industry challenges, and specific data provided for PEO/EOR comparison and HR infrastructure setup. This may include medical information or health insurance data processed as part of our benefits consulting services, which we protect as "Private Information" under the New York SHIELD Act.

  • Automated and Public Sourcing: We collect information from public social network profiles, including but not limited to LinkedIn, where we identify high-performers for our clients. Our website utilizes cookies, web beacons, and Google Analytics to improve performance and customize content layouts.

Legitimate Interests and the Era of Compliance 2.0

We use your information where necessary for our legitimate business interests, which are focused on de-risking critical hiring and enabling smooth U.S. market entry:

  • Candidate Calibration: Ensuring the effective administration of placements and verifying professional qualifications and the legal entitlement to work.

  • Advisory Precision: Conducting high-level market intelligence and PEO provider comparisons to eliminate "expensive tax bottlenecks" for our clients.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention: Maintaining network security and complying with the New York SHIELD Act’s requirement for reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

  • Transparency Mandates: Complying with New York Labor Law § 194-b by ensuring all job advertisements include good-faith salary ranges based on current market data and the New York 2026 wage thresholds.

Disclosure and Sharing: Protecting the Candidate Dossier

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only to facilitate the strategic outcomes we have defined:

  • To Clients: If you are a candidate, we present your dossier to clients interested in your leadership capabilities, but only with your express permission. We act as a mediator to ensure deal closure and transition into our 90-Day Onboarding Partnership.

  • To Compliance Regulators: We share data with state and federal authorities once an employment relationship is established, or as required by law.

  • To Service Providers: We utilize third-party vendors for background checks and IT infrastructure. These vendors are contractually obligated to maintain security standards equivalent to the New York SHIELD Act and the 2025/2026 medical data amendments.

  • Safe Haven Protections: In accordance with the 2026 New York Shield Law, we will not disclose information related to protected healthcare activity provided in New York to out-of-state entities, and we will notify the New York Attorney General of any such subpoena requests.

Data Security and the NYC AI Bias Mandate

We maintain rigorous safeguards to protect "Private Information," including biometric data, network credentials, and medical information. In compliance with NYC Local Law 144, if we utilize automated tools to screen or rank candidates, we ensure these tools have undergone an annual independent bias audit. A summary of any such audit results is available upon request or conspicuously posted on our careers portal.
