Professional Advisory Disclaimer (Independent Status)

iVision Group is an HR Advisory and Executive Search firm. iVision Group is NOT a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or an Employer of Record (EOR). We do not enter into co-employment relationships. Our PEO comparison services are for independent advisory purposes only. The selection of any third-party provider and the subsequent contractual relationship are the sole responsibility of the Client. Content on this Site does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice .

Intellectual Property: "Operator DNA" and Success Stories

All Site components, including text, the "Success Stories" (Case Studies), and our proprietary "Operator DNA" search methodology, are the exclusive property of iVision Group and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

In accordance with New York Labor Law § 194-b, all job opportunities advertised include a good-faith compensation range believed to be accurate at the time of posting. iVision Group disclaims liability for subsequent changes to these ranges made by the hiring employer.

While we measure our success in your results, iVision Group does not warrant the future performance of candidates placed through our services beyond specific contractual guarantees . iVision Group shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this Site or reliance on advisory recommendations .

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: New York Craftsmanship

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County (Manhattan) for the adjudication of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the iVision Group services .

iVision Group reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in New York labor law, AI regulations, or our own service evolution .
